Our returns and insurance policies are in line with the criteria of transparency and reliability that Sayes.com has set as its standard. If for any reason you would like to return the item purchased on our Website Sayes.com you can do so until the expiration of 30 calendar days from the day of delivery.

The merchandise must be returned in proper condition, in its original packaging, complete in all its parts, complete of valid proof of purchase and of the guarantee documentation that proves the condition of “new and never worn”.

In the event one of the following conditions is not met, Sayes.com reserves the right to partially or totally deny the right of withdrawal.

In accordance with our returns policy for returning an item in exchange for another, you will then have the possibility to purchase a new product. RETURNING AN ITEM WITHOUT JUSTIFICATION

In the event of a customised product the following will not be refunded:

  • production costs including operation costs
  • the extra customisation costs of the item
  • the shipping costs of the returned item

We will refund:

  • the costs of gold and precious metals
  • the costs of diamonds, precious jewels, semi precious jewels and pearls
  • the company’s reliability margin
